This policy explains what personal data Rezeew AS collects through this website, why we collect it, and what your rights are.

Who we are
Rezeew AS (org.no. 934 397 681), Edvard Storms gate 2, 0166 Oslo, Norway, is the data controller for personal data processed through rezeew.com. For any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact hello@rezeew.com.
What we collect
When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you submit: name, email address, phone number (optional), and the content of your message. When you register as a consultant, we additionally collect what you fill in on the registration form: primary role, years of experience, skills and technologies, work situation, availability, preferred assignment type, city and country (optional), a free-text description of yourself, and the CV you upload. If a consultancy registers a profile on behalf of a consultant, we also collect the name of the consultancy. When you apply for a specific assignment, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), your message, and the CV you upload. Our hosting provider may automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps as part of standard server operation. This data is not linked to your identity and is used only for security and performance monitoring.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, discuss potential collaboration, and follow up on the conversation. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for those purposes.
Legal basis
We process your data on three legal bases: • Contact form inquiries: our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries about our services (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and the pre-contractual measures you initiate by contacting us (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). • Consultant profiles and CVs: the consent you give when registering or expressing interest in an assignment (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Consent is given by actively ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing hello@rezeew.com. We will then delete your profile and CV, unless we are legally required to retain parts of the data.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions and related correspondence are kept for up to 3 years from the date of last contact. Talent profiles and CVs are kept for up to 3 years from your last contact with us, based on the consent you give at registration. After that period, or upon your request, we delete the data unless we are legally required to retain it (e.g. under the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act if the inquiry resulted in a business relationship).
Who processes your data
We use the following services to operate this website and handle contact inquiries: • Resend (resend.com) - sends email notifications from the contact form. Data processor based in the United States. • Vercel (vercel.com) - hosts the website and provides visitor statistics (Vercel Web Analytics). Data is processed in EU regions where possible. Vercel is based in the United States. Both providers have signed data processing agreements consistent with GDPR requirements.
International transfers
Some of our data processors (Resend, Vercel) are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission to ensure adequate protection of your data.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies. A functional cookie may be set to remember your language preference (English or Norwegian). This is strictly necessary for the site to function and does not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive. We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you. What is recorded is page views, country, device type and the page you came from, in aggregated and anonymised form. Your IP address is not stored. This is why no consent banner is needed.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Request correction of inaccurate data • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten") • Request restriction of processing • Receive your data in a portable format • Object to our processing based on legitimate interest • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@rezeew.com. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision. For significant changes, we will notify affected users where possible.
