Meet Michael
CEO & Founder
Michael's career has taken a few unexpected turns, and that's exactly what helped shape Rezeew. After several years in the music industry, he moved into tech and worked across UX/UI design, VR & AR, and HR systems. Even the name Rezeew is Weezer spelled backwards, a nod to the band that inspired him early in his years as a musician. Along the way, he learned that understanding the people behind the technology is just as important as understanding the technology itself.
Michael has also been on the other side of the table. He has worked on the client side, dealt with changing priorities, and seen how important the right expertise can be when a project is moving fast. When he founded Rezeew in 2024, those experiences became the foundation for a different approach: understand the challenge, find the right match, and help companies move forward.
That experience is what Rezeew is built on: the right person at the right time is the difference between a project that moves and one that stalls.
